When you send an enquiry, we use your name, reply details, chosen service and any information you choose to provide to respond and discuss the work. Optional details include your job postcode, comments and how you found us. Please only include information needed to explain the job.
The form also includes the public page you contacted us from and the referring website, where available. If you accept analytics, it can remember the first page you visited during that browser session. We use this source information to understand which parts of the website bring useful enquiries.
Enquiries are sent to the TC Drains email inbox. Our website host and email provider process information to operate those services. A successful submission message means the website accepted the email for sending; it does not confirm that a job has been booked.
